This policy covers how to buy, pay for, receive and return products from Bahukalpam Organics.
1. Placing an Order
- Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter a complete shipping address with a working phone number.
- Review your order summary and confirm payment.
2. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in INR (₹) and include GST where applicable. Any delivery charge is shown clearly before you pay.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more.
- Standard dispatch within 1–2 business days; delivery typically in 3–7 days depending on your location.
- You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us or tracking your order. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or request a return.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged, leaking or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded — just send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
6. Food Safety
Our products are natural food items. Store them as instructed on the packaging, and consume before the best-before date for the best taste and nutrition.
